Agreement
By purchasing any program or product from Integration Institute, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.
Refund Policy
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase will be honored in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, no refunds are issued.
To request a refund, contact tami@integration-institute.com with your name and purchase date.
Payment Plans
Payment plan options are available for select programs. By enrolling in a payment plan, you authorize Integration Institute to charge your payment method on the scheduled billing dates for the duration of the plan.
If a scheduled payment fails:
- Access to program materials will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved
- You will be contacted directly to address the issue before any further action is taken
We do not send accounts to collections. If you are experiencing financial hardship, contact us. We will work with you.
Program Access
Upon enrollment, you will receive access to program materials as outlined in your specific program tier. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Program access timelines are as described on the enrollment page at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content within Integration Institute programs — including but not limited to The Integration Method™ framework, module materials, written content, audio, video, and any associated resources — is the intellectual property of Integration Institute.
Participants may not reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or repurpose any program materials without express written permission. This applies to both direct reproduction and derivative use.
No Clinical Services
Participation in any Integration Institute program does not constitute a clinical or therapeutic relationship. See our full Disclaimer.
Limitation of Liability
Integration Institute is not liable for decisions made as a result of participation in any program. You are responsible for your own choices and outcomes.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your enrollment.
