Soul-Aligned. Science-Backed. 16 Years in the Making.

You have done everything right.
And you are exhausted anyway.

Burnout is not a discipline problem. It is a nervous system problem. Research basis → The Integration Method™ addresses it at the source — in 12 weeks, built on 16 years of clinical practice.

16 Years Clinical PracticeEvidence-Informed FrameworkFounding Cohort Now Forming

Integration Institute is a structured 12-week burnout recovery program for high-capacity women navigating burnout, identity shifts, and the invisible weight of responsibility in their work, families, businesses, and homes. Developed by Tami Stewart, a therapist with 16 years of clinical practice, the program helps women restore clarity, capacity, and inner authority.

Burnout is not just a mindset problem or a time-management problem — it is a nervous system capacity problem. When the body has been carrying too much for too long, even ordinary decisions, conversations, and responsibilities can start to feel overwhelming. The Integration Method™ helps women restore that capacity by addressing the nervous system, identity, boundaries, thought patterns, relationships, and sustainable action — rebuilding the internal steadiness needed to live, lead, and choose from clarity.

If you found your way here

You are not the problem.

Many of the women who find their way here are intelligent, deeply capable, and genuinely reflective. They have read the books. They have tried — more than once — to feel better.

And something inside still feels stuck.

  • You have not lost your drive. You have lost your capacity. There is a difference — and it matters.

  • You have tried the vacations, the journaling, the early nights, the retreats. You are still running on empty.

  • You cannot remember the last time you felt genuinely like yourself — not the version performing for everyone else.

  • The exhaustion is not just physical. It is in how you think, how you decide, and how little of yourself is left at the end of the day.

  • You know something has to change. You just cannot figure out why nothing you have tried has made it stick.

This is not a character flaw.

It is an integration issue. And it has a structure — and a solution.

Why this works

This program was not built in a weekend.
It was built over 16 years — one client at a time.

Tami Stewart, LMHC, holds an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Boston College and a Master of Divinity in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. She has spent 16+ years in direct clinical practice working with capable women navigating burnout, identity transition, and the particular exhaustion that comes from carrying more than any one person should.

The Integration Method™ is the distillation of that work — the patterns she has seen, the frameworks that have held, and the clinical foundation that makes this more than a course. This is not advice. This is a system built for exactly the woman reading this.

The Integration Method™

12 weeks. Five domains. One framework built around you.

Burnout happens when multiple internal systems break down simultaneously. Restoring your energy, clarity, and sense of self requires addressing all of them — in sequence, with structure.

01

Somatic Regulation

Restore your body's capacity for calm — because burnout is physiological, not just psychological.

02

Subconscious Architecture

Address the beliefs driving the pattern at their origin — not just the surface behavior.

03

Cognitive Clarity

Examine the thought systems running your life and make intentional decisions about which ones stay.

04

Relational Patterns

Recognize how the pattern shows up in your closest relationships — and what secure connection actually requires.

05

Identity Integration

Move from an achieving identity to an authentic one — and understand who you are beneath the roles.

When these five systems align, recovery becomes possible. That is what this method is designed to do.

After 12 weeks

You will not just feel better.
You will understand why — and what to do when it returns.

This is not about burning it all down and starting over. It is about understanding what is actually happening — and building the capacity to move through it, in your actual life.

You make decisions that align with your values — not your fear, your conditioning, or what you think you are supposed to want.

You stop saying yes to everything. You bring in help when you need it and you do not feel guilty for asking.

You are a better friend to yourself. You extend the same grace to yourself that you have given everyone else for years.

You are a better friend to the people you already love — not because you have more to give, but because you are no longer running on empty.

You understand what was actually driving your burnout — not just the symptoms, but the system underneath them.

You leave with a 90-day implementation plan — not a list of intentions, a real map with a real sequence.

Common questions

What to know before you begin

How do I know if I have burnout?+

Burnout often looks like persistent exhaustion that doesn't improve with rest, difficulty making decisions you once made easily, a growing sense of disconnection from your work or relationships, and a quiet loss of the identity that used to motivate you. Many high-capacity women don't recognize burnout because they're still showing up — they just feel hollow doing it. The free Integration Index™ is a five-minute assessment that maps where you are across the five dimensions most connected to burnout and recovery.

What is a burnout recovery program, and how is it different from therapy?+

A burnout recovery program is a structured process for understanding and addressing what actually caused your burnout — not just managing the symptoms. Therapy typically addresses mental health conditions and is provided by licensed clinicians. The Integration Method™ is an educational program — not therapy and not a substitute for clinical care. It is designed for women who are functional and ready to do structured work on the internal patterns driving their exhaustion. It can complement therapy well.

How long does it take to recover from burnout?+

Recovery timelines vary depending on how long burnout has been building and which internal systems are most affected. The Integration Method™ is a 12-week framework structured to address the root causes, not just the surface symptoms. Most women notice meaningful shifts in clarity and daily experience within the first several weeks. The program ends with a 90-day implementation plan so the work has a clear next chapter.

What is included in The Integration Method™?+

The Integration Method™ is a 12-week structured program covering five domains: nervous system regulation, subconscious belief patterns, cognitive clarity, relational dynamics, and identity. Each week includes a video lesson and a structured workbook module. Depending on enrollment tier, it also includes live group coaching calls, a private community, and up to biweekly individual sessions. The curriculum is self-paced within each module.

Who is this program for?+

The Integration Method™ was built for high-capacity women — professionals, business owners, and leaders — who are still functioning but feel increasingly disconnected, exhausted, or unclear about what they want next. It is not designed for women in acute mental health crisis. If you're unsure whether it's a fit, the Integration Index™ is a free five-minute assessment that gives you a clear picture of where you are and what the right next step looks like.

Is burnout recovery possible while still working full-time?+

Yes. The Integration Method™ is designed for women who are still working and managing full lives. The curriculum requires approximately three to five hours per week, self-paced within each module. Most women find the investment manageable alongside demanding schedules. The program is built specifically around the kind of burnout that happens to high-functioning women — the kind that doesn't require stepping away entirely.
